You either already know what ED is, or you probably aren’t here. But just in case, MedicineNet.com says erectile dysfunction is “a common male health problem characterized by the inability to consistently maintain an erection sufficient for intercourse, the inability to reach ejaculation, or both.”

Before there were pills and injections and devices, there was زراعة دعامات القضيب surgery. This type of surgery has only been used in men with irreversible ED due to illness, injury, and surgery. It was their only option and they paid 10-20,000 for it.

Penile implant surgery is still the last line of defense for those who have tried something else and it hasn’t worked. Penile implants have the highest satisfaction rate of over 90%.

This is usually only provided as a last resort for the following reasons:

Invasive surgery is involved.
If that doesn’t work, scar tissue won’t make you any less successful now.
Risks are rare but can be significant.
cost a lot

There are two types of implants that can be considered.

One- Inflatable – This is the most natural looking thing outside of sexual activity. When not erect, it will look wet and limp, and when filled with water for an erection, it will look hard.

An inflation device is a mechanical device that is surgically implanted into a person. A small hollow tube is placed inside the penis, the bulbous container is placed in the lower abdomen, and finally the pump is placed inside the scrotum. When you want an erection, you squeeze the pump on your scrotum, which fills the penile tube with the solution and hardens it. To have intercourse to deflate your erection, you squeeze a small valve at the top of the pump to send the fluid back to the bulb for next use. Then the penis goes limp.

The pros and cons of this inflatable device are pretty straightforward. The best part is that you can get an instant erection whenever you want. The biggest downside is that it’s mechanical and it’s inside the body, so if something goes wrong you’ll have to have surgery to fix it.

2- Malleable and Semi-Rigid – Outside of sex, the penis always appears at least semi-erect. During sex, with a full erection, it works like any other.

This implant has two silicone rods that are inserted into the penis. You can bend the penis down or pull it up to get a full erection. But the man will always have an erection. It’s just up or down.

Most men choose inflatable implants despite their higher cost and greater chance of breakage. They like a more natural look and feel.

The surgery for both Penile implant takes about an hour and is performed as an outpatient. Pain, bruising, and soreness from surgery are quite high, and men are typically out of work for up to two weeks.

As with all types of surgery, there are risks and complications. With penile surgical implant surgery, a small number of men become infected and need to have the implant removed. Another minority of men will get sick simply because their body rejects the implant.

If the infection is severe or if there is rare but permanent rejection, the person has no way to get an erection and is no longer able to have sexual intercourse. So, seriously evaluate the problem, talk to your partner, and then take the action that’s right for you.
